A top WWE star has pitched a tag team with Dominik Mysterio.
Since turning heel by betraying his father and joining The Judgment Day, Dominik Mysterio has completely changed around his career, becoming WWE’s most hated star.
With deafening reactions from WWE audiences and now ratings success with his run as North American Champion on NXT, Mysterio has proven himself to be a bonafide hot act in the promotion.
At WWE SummerSlam, Logan Paul picked up his latest singles victory by defeating Ricochet in the opener to the show. With this win, many fans are wondering what’s next for the social media megastar.
On the latest edition of the IMPAULSIVE podcast, Logan Paul revealed an idea he recently had to create a tag team with Dominik Mysterio. He said:
“I had a crazy idea recently. Dom is super heel right now, Dominik Mysterio can not get a word out, I’m telling you. He lifts the microphone to his mouth and the whole arena [boos].”
“He can’t say — He can’t cut a promo and he plays on it and it’s really working right now, they hate him.”
“Logan Paul, Dominik Mysterio [in a] tag team. The most hated duo of all time, the most hated tag team partners in the WWE just crushing it, running through cause we have a story arc too, we both did our first WrestleMania together. That was out first WrestleMania, it would be crazy.”
When his co-hosts Danny and Michael Philippou brought up the possibility of Paul getting in the way of Mysterio’s relationship with Rhea Ripley, Logan replied:
“I’m sure I could fit my way in there. Who cares, and honestly — I don’t know, me and Dom, maybe we could go further than him and Rhea.”
