Logan Paul has sent a message of thanks to Cody Rhodes following his WWE King & Queen of the Ring defeat.
In the main event of WWE King & Queen of the Ring 2024, United States Champion Logan Paul looked to dethrone Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in only his second defence.
Unfortunately for The Maverick, despite coming extremely close to doing just that via some shady tactics involving brass knuckles – Rhodes would retain and continue his momentum heading into the Summer.
Despite things getting heated both in the build to the match and during the match itself, Paul took to Twitter to send an out of character message of thanks to The American Nightmare.
Paul tweeted:
I had so much fun tonight
Thanks for the dance @CodyRhodes
Although Cody Rhodes successfully retained his championship against Paul, there was in fact a title change in the show’s opening contest as Liv Morgan dethroned Becky Lynch to become new Women’s World Champion.
