‘She Had Hers’ – Lola Vice Addresses First WWE NXT Women’s Title Defense Being Against Jacy Jayne WWE

As confirmed by Robert Stone on the April 7 episode of WWE NXT, Lola Vice’s first NXT Women’s Championship defense will be against former champion Jacy Jayne.

The match will take place at NXT Revenge on April 14 – the first night of a two-week special event which looks set to follow up on many of the biggest matches at last Saturday’s Stand & Deliver 2026 premium live event (April 4).

Speaking with WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray on Busted Open After Dark, Vice criticized Jayne’s dirty tactics during her title run and said she’s going to knock her and the rest of Fatal Influence out if that’s what’s required to retain the gold:

“I’m excited to defend my title for the first time. I’m going to knock her out again. If I have to knock out Lainey and Fallon, I’ll do that too.

“There’s no one who’s taking this moment from me. She had hers, she cheated her way through that title run. She’s not getting to mine.

“I think Jacy was a dominant champion. I think she did more with that title than people expected, but she cheated her way through it, and she’s not Lola Vice. With the confidence I have now, there’s no one who comes close to my title.”
