Christian Cage appeared on AEW Dynamite tonight (June 29) and revealed a shocking suprise as he introduced a heel Luchasaurus!
Christian Cage joined Tony Schiavone on the ramp for a promo where he not only sported another dastardly turtleneck, he said that he was told by upper management to come out and apologize for the remarks he made last week about Jungle Boy’s family.
Cage then went on to say that he was sorry saying, “I’m sorry everyone in your family isn’t dead!”
He went on to say that he requested a match tonight but it wasn’t for him and from the heel ramp came Luchasaurus with new darker gear and mask and ominoous fiery pyro.
With commentary discussing the long history between Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus, detailing their friendship since childhood, they also speculated that Christian Cage has brainwashed the big man who easily won the ensuing match.
