Despite a lot of uncertainty involving the NXT Women’s Title and champion Roxanne Perez’s health in the lead up to NXT Stand & Deliver, eventually Perez would return and be cleared in time to defend her title in a 6-way ladder match.
Standing opposite Perez was Indi Hartwell, Tiffany Stratton, Gigi Dolin, Zoey Stark and Lyra Valkyria, and unfortunately for the 21-year-old Perez, the odds were not in her favor.
Following the surprise appearance of her ‘husband’ Raw star Dexter Lumis, long-time NXT star Indi Hartwell would grab the gold and capture her first singles title in WWE in the process.
However, it seems Lumis wasn’t the only main roster star to be pleased to see Hartwell capture the championship.
Damage CTRL’s Bayley and Dakota Kai would post their reaction to Twitter of Hartwell’s crowning achievement, which you can view below.

Raw star Bayley and Hartwell are known friends off-screen, with Bayley calling the Australian star her wrestling ‘baby’.
Bayley would previously reveal on Corey Graves’ After The Bell Podcast that Hartwell was first influenced to pursue wrestling following Bayley and Sasha Banks’ legendary match at NXT Brooklyn back in August 2015.
