Based on the ending of tonight’s Winter is Coming Edition of AEW: Dynamite, it appears a major AEW Star is set to appear on next week’s IMPACT Wrestling show on AXS Television.
During the main event of the show, Kenny Omega defeated Jon Moxley to become the new AEW World Heavyweight Champion. He was able to accomplish this with the help of IMPACT Wrestling’s Don Callis, who appeared on commentary.
After Callis got involved and distracted the referee, Kenny Omega was able to defeat Moxley. Omega and Callis ran out of the arena and briefly spoke to Alex Marvez.

Callis told Marvez they’d explain everything next Tuesday night. Of course, AEW airs on Wednesdays. So, this would seem to imply, they’ll be explaining their actions on IMPACT Wrestling.
While nothing official has been announced, both IMPACT and AEW have tweeted about it and sure seem to be implying this is going to happen. Rumors have been swirling for several months about a working relationship between the two companies.

This would be a huge move for IMPACT. Maybe AEW is looking to IMPACT to be a place to get AEW: Dark on Television instead of YouTube. Who knows, but WrestleTalk will have more on this story as it develops.
