Mickie James has guaranteed Alexa Bliss for WWE Evolution this coming Sunday.
News of an Alexa Bliss concussion traveled fast this week. She reportedly suffered the injury on a WWE house show this past Saturday, and was expected to be sidelined for Evolution. However, in a recent interview Mickie James gave to Busted Open Radio, she revealed she has ‘no doubts’ that everyone, including her tag-team partner, Bliss, would be present on Sunday. They all wish to share in the historic moment of WWE’s first all women’s pay-per-view.
"I have no doubts that regardless, we're all going to be out there and it's going to be amazing."@MickieJames gives an update on @AlexaBliss_WWE injury concerns, why @itsBayleyWWE would fit in well in her era & wanting to work with @SashaBanksWWE #RAW #WWEEvolution pic.twitter.com/eVYGrgTW3i

If you want to get technical, that could still mean that Alexa may not physically compete, but contribute to her scheduled match in some other way, shape, or form. Yet, that’s not how James has made it sound.
She said:
“Oh, she’ll definitely be there Sunday. It comes with the territory. As long as it’s what’s best for business, and what’s best for her long-term health.”
James and Bliss have been teaming up for some time now on Raw, and are set to face a pair of legends in Trish Stratus and Lita at the pay-per-view. It makes Bliss the odd woman out, as the only non-veteran in the match. Trish, Lita, and James all made their mark in the pre-women’s evolution era. ‘The Goddess’ represents the now. The match would look a lot different without Bliss.
Concussion or not, no member of WWE’s women’s division wants to miss out on this event. We wish Alexa a speedy recovery and hope to see her back in the squared circle soon.
