Huge Title Match Made Official For WWE Hell In A Cell

This month WWE presents the pay-per-view Hell in a Cell. This pay-per-view obviously features a Hell in a Cell match, where two competitors go at it locked in a massive cage structure.

Some Hell in a Cell matches have become iconic through the years. Taker/Michaels and Taker/Mankind come to mind. Others have become notorious. Rollins and The Fiend and Orton vs. Hardy would probably make that list.

Tonight, it seems we now have an official challenge for a Hell in a Cell match for the Raw brand. Randy Orton officially challenged Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship inside the cage.

Later, Drew had accepted the challenge in a backstage interview. In a great little promo, Drew said Orton forgot he’d be locked in the cell with him too and promised to send Orton straight to Hell.

This would be Randy Orton’s 3rd chance at taking the title off McIntyre. He’s 0-2. Usually, 0-2 sends you to the back of the line.

However, in this case, Orton has an actual gripe as Drew had help from 3 legends and a 4th as the ambulance driver. Since Drew had help, Orton feels he didn’t get a fair shot.

Drew is upset because Orton wore snow goggles last week and took out the old people in the dark. This has to be the blowoff match for these two. There can’t be another match after the cage.

What do you think about Orton/Drew in the cell? Let us know on Twitter.
