Major Edge WWE SummerSlam Update Confirmed

UPDATE: The mystery vignettes that have been airing on WWE Raw seem to have been confirmed to be Edge with a less obscured view noted and the mystery hand writing in red paint, “I’m coming to nite” during a new vignette that aired during the pre-show.

Many WWE fans were surprised to see WWE Hall of Famer Edge not make an appearance on this week’s Raw show in Madison Square Garden following weeks of videos airing to hype his return.

Edge is currently not scheduled for a match at tonight’s SummerSlam event, leading to speculation as to whether or not he was in town for the show.

Fightful reported earlier today that there had not been any confirmation as to whether or not Edge was in town for Nashville, and we now have our definitive answer.

Per PWInsider, Edge is in fact backstage at Nissan Stadium for tonight’s SummerSlam event.

Many have predicted Edge to get involved with the Judgment Day, who are set for a no disqualification tag team match with the Mysterios on the show.
