The feud between the Elite and the Blackpool Combat Club has escalated a lot over the past few weeks.
To close out this week’s Dynamite show, Kenny Omega and Konosuke Takeshita teamed up to defeat the Butcher and the Blade, before being assaulted the BCC, with the BCC leaving Takeshita bloody after the fight.
AEW shared a video to their social media today, showing Omega cutting a promo after the main event on Dynamite.
Kenny challenged the Blackpool Combat Club’s Jon Moxley to fight him inside a Steel Cage, a place where they can’t run.
Shortly after, AEW uploaded another video of the Blackpool Combat Club accepting Omega’s challenge for a Cage match with Jon Moxley, with it now being up to Tony Khan to decide if or when the match will take place.
The decision is seemingly set to be made on tonight’s (April 28) episode of AEW Rampage on at a special start time of 6:30pm EST / 3:30pm PT.
