Major Kenny Omega IMPACT Wrestling Update

PWInsider is reporting that Kenny Omega will not be wrestling for IMPACT Wrestling until the Hard To Kill pay-per-view event next month on January 16.

The site also reported over the weekend that Kenny Omega was set to tape footage in Florida for IMPACT Wrestling last week, but will no Omega matches will be taped:

Impact Wrestling was scheduled to tape material with Kenny Omega this week in Florida for insertion into future episodes of Impact on AXS.  The belief is that Omega will not be wrestling on the AXS TV series prior to the Hard to Kill PPV on 1/16/21.

At Hard To Kill next month, in the match that will likely main event the show, AEW World Champion Kenny Omega will team with The Good Brothers to take on Motor City Machine Guns and Impact World Champion Rich Swann.

It has previously been reported that The Good Brothers will be working with AEW soon to work a match with The Young Bucks, and there’s always a chance this happens before Hard To Kill next month.
