Natalya and Tamina were scheduled to face a “new tag team” tonight on WWE SmackDown. According to Michael Cole it would be two stars who we’ve never seen on SmackDown before.
Tegan Nox and Shotzi Blackheart were revealed to be the champs’ opponents. While the fact that we haven’t seen them on SmackDown before is not really true, this does seem to be a call-up of sorts for the two NXT Stars and technically, they haven’t been a tag team on SmackDown before.
It looks like @ShotziWWE and @TeganNoxWWE_ are looking to make a name for themselves against @NatbyNature and @TaminaSnuka!

Not only did the duo make their main roster debut as a team, but they also picked up the win. The match was super short and they didn’t really get to show off their abilities, at least they picked up the win.
We’ll have to see if this is a permanent move or if this is just a short-term fill-in.
