It’s being reported that a major Ring of Honor (ROH) star and wrestling legend’s contract with the promotion has expired.
Dave Meltzer reports in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Bully Ray’s deal has come to an end and he hasn’t been offered a new one.
While ROH does like Ray, the promotion isn’t offering new contracts to anyone with the exception of Danhausen which it is building a storyline around.
It was added that the contract situation may change when the pandemic clears and the promotion may start to offer people new deals once more.
The WWE Hall of Famer had been with Ring of Honor since 2017, making his in-ring debut at Winner Takes All in March of that year. His last match came this past February with a win over Eli Isom at Bound by Honor.
