AEW All In London at Wembley Stadium is coming our way on August 27, and it seems we now know at least one of the names on the card.
With nothing announced other than the existence of the show itself, All In has already sold at least 60,000 tickets as of the latest update from AEW CEO Tony Khan.
On today’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer revealed he’s heard a major name that, at least as of a couple of days ago, was set to wrestle at All In.
He said:
“Will Ospreay, as of a couple of days ago, was booked on the show.
“I do not know his opponent, I do not know the match, but he was booked on the show.”
When Ospreay was on AEW TV around Forbidden Door time last year, it was the best run of ratings Dynamite had in the UK.
There’s also the second edition of Forbidden Door coming up this year a couple of months before All In, so it’ll be interesting to see who Ospreay is paired with for both of those major shows.
Ospreay’s United Empire teammate Kyle Fletcher of Aussie Open is set for a match against AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy very soon.
Cassidy was actually Ospreay’s opponent at Forbidden Door last year, and it was the latter who picked up the win.
