Annoyed by a recent decision by WWE management, a major star has taken to social media to rant about the company.
Charlotte Flair has been indefinitely suspended and fined after attacking a WWE official. Flair has addressed her punishment in an online rant.
On Twitter, Flair shared WWE’s post detailing the decisions made during the aftermath of Raw. Describing Rhea Ripley as a Road Warrior cosplayer, Flair noted her disbelief at the company’s audacity.
Calling the whole ordeal a joke, Flair tweeted:
“This whole thing sped past ridiculous, jumped over absurd and landed right on stupid. The top two wrestlers in WWE having a classic match on the flagship show, and for what? To be ruined by a petulant child with Road Warriors cosplay shoulder pads.
“They found one other thing as well: audacity. The audacity to fine me. The audacity to physically remove me from MY RING and remove me from a building with MY NAME on the marquee. The fine? The suspension? Adam Pearce? All the same, a joke.”
This seems to be in character, to further Flair’s current storyline. Since returning to WWE on the Raw after WrestleMania 37, Flair’s persona has been disrespectful and egotistical as she attempts to reclaim the Raw Women’s Championship.
Charlotte Flair missed WrestleMania 37 this year. This was the first time that Flair has not made the WrestleMania card since her main roster debut in 2015.
A former WWE talent has discussed the relationship between WWE and Charlotte, speculating that the recently-released Andrade could’ve been the reason that Charlotte was left off the card.
