WWE NXT kicked off tonight with Bron Breakker addressing the excited NXT 2.0 crowd after last week’s invasion of NXT UK roster members.
With NXT UK Champion Tyler Bate having come out to confront the NXT champ at the end of last week’s special edition of NXT 2.0, Heatwave.
Breakker also kicked off the show inquiring, “Orlando, where my dawgs at?” and the crowd barked in response so that is an unexpected delight.
Bron Breakker invited Tyler Bate to the ring to “talk” and Bate obliged, making his entrance to thunderous boos.
Explaining that NXT UK has been host to some of the best in the business and he was a proud flag bearer for the brand as the first and last Champion for the brand.
With NXT Europe just around the corner, Bate suggests unifying the NXT Championships and by the end of the segment, Breakker had accepted.
NXT Worlds Collide is a premium live event that will notably occur on the same day as rival AEW’s pay-per-view, All Out, although at different times.
