According to the ever-reliable WrestleVotes Twitter account, there is going to be a Brock Lesnar Money in the Bank cash in at Super Showdown this evening.
According to the report, Seth Rollins v Baron Corbin will open the show and Lesnar will cash in either during or after the match.
However, according to the report there will not be a new Universal Champion crowned as the match will end in a disqualification.
WrestleVotes say the result will count and WWE will have wasted yet another MITB cash in.
This would mark the third year in a row that the men’s Money in the Bank contract cash in has ended in failure, following Baron Corbin’s failed cash-in on Jinder Mahal’s in 2017 and Braun Strowman’s on Roman Reigns in 2018.
Of course, this is just a rumour at this point so it might not happen, but if it does it will be another real head-shaker from WWE.
