On Talking Smack tonight, Daniel Bryan joined the show. He spent much of the appearance putting over the young talent getting the chance to shine on SmackDown.
However, towards the end of his appearance on the show, Bryan talked about how some previous generations weren’t willing to put over the young talent on their way out. He then said even though he hasn’t talked about it much, he is viewing this run as his last as a full-time wrestler.
Bryan said he loves being a dad and wants to be around his children. He also mentioned he felt like he’s lost his step. He said even though he hasn’t talked about it much everyone can kind of feel it.
Bryan hasn’t wrestled really since the pandemic started and his son was born. He’s been staying home with his family.

Bryan didn’t say how long this last run would last. For us fans of his, let’s hope it is a nice long one. Several of his runs have been cut short due to injury.
Since he’s returned from his last neck injury, Bryan has been able to stay healthy. What might he be doing during his last run?
Bryan alluded to wanting to get in the Intercontinental Championship scene during SmackDown. Additionally, Kevin Owens asked him to be his tag team partner on the show.
Wherever he’s headed, it’s sure to be one of the best things on SmackDown. What do you think of Daniel Bryan being near the end of his career? Let us know Twitter.
