Insider entity Slice Wrestling is alleging that Paul Heyman is under consideration to serve as manager for the newly-signed Ronda Rousey. Heyman is reportedly working to help the former UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion properly transition into the WWE life, and officials are reportedly toying with the idea of sticking Heyman with her in a managerial capacity as well.
Rousey would be the third Heyman protege to have prior or future experience in UFC, after Brock Lesnar and CM Punk. It begs the question as to whether Lesnar would be around post-WrestleMania 34 for Heyman to manage, if this could also serve as a way to keep Heyman around, in the event that Lesnar leaves WWE behind.
