AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May has commented on Toni Storm’s return on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
Last night’s Winter Is Coming episode of Dynamite was headlined by the AEW Women’s World Championship clash between Mariah May and Mina Shirakawa.
The pair officially broke up at AEW Full Gear, when they brawled during Mariah’s championship celebration ceremony.
Following the match last night, the former AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm made her return, making her first appearance on the show since All In London.
However, Toni had shedded herself of her Timeless aesthetic and mannerisms, returning to her former gimmick and look from 2022.
In a digital exclusive following Dynamite, Mariah May commented on the return of Toni Storm, as well as a potential upcoming defence against Thunder Rosa.
She said:
“I don’t give a f**k about Toni Storm. What happened to Toni is the same thing that just happened to Mina, and it’s exactly what’s going to happen to Thunder Rosa. Every single woman I step in the ring with has the same hopes and dreams, and then they wish they were never born.
“I mean, Mina. Mina should just go back to modelling because her career, as she knows it, is over. It’s not that I wanted to do that. I love her, and we’re still friends, it’s just what I do. It’s what I will continue to do to any girl who dares to breathe the same air as me, because they cannot handle the Woman from Hell.”
Mariah defeated Toni for the AEW Women’s World Championship back at All In London at Wembley Stadium in August.
