WWE Star Fires Shots At Mariah May After Debut

A current champion in WWE has fired shots at former AEW Women’s Champion Mariah May, following her debut on NXT TV.

May officially arrived in WWE on the June 3 NXT episode, appearing on a balcony following a brawl between potential NXT Women’s Championship challengers.

While the previous segment featured the likes of Jordynne Grace, Lainey Reid and Lola Vice targeting current champion Jacy Jayne, the titleholder has turned her attention to Mariah May to fire shots at the debuting star.

Responding to WWE’s video of May’s debut on Twitter, Jayne commented:

“Oh look, another new flavor of the month”

Jayne won the NXT Women’s Championship on the May 27 episode, defeating Stephanie Vaquer, who has since been officially called up to Monday Night Raw.

Mariah May has since commented on her WWE debut, tweeting that she’s home, and noting in a WWE exclusive video that “it’s only right that The Glamour arrives in NXT.”
