Matt Cardona ‘Wins’ ECW Television Championship At GCW Most Notorious

I did not have ‘Matt Cardona ends Rhino’s 21 year run as the final ECW Television Champion’ on my 2022 wrestling bingo card, but here we are.

Cardona faced Rhino at last night’s (January 14) GCW Most Notorious show, where he took to the microphone prior to the match, claiming that he will be the ECW Television Champion after he beats Rhino.

Cardona won the match with a title shot, before demanding ring announcer Emil Jay announce him as the new ECW Television Champion.

Also on last night’s show, GCW announced that Jon Moxley will be making his return to in-ring action at the Wrld on GCW Hammerstein Ballroom show later this month.
