Matt Hardy Reveals If He Feels Jeff Hardy Will Return To AEW AEW

Matt Hardy has revealed if he feels Jeff Hardy will return to All Elite Wrestling.

In March 2022, Jeff Hardy made his AEW debut by helping his brother Matt from an attack from the Andrade Family Office.

Hardy would eventually get suspended from the company after Jeff was arrested for a DUI in June 2022. His two blood-alcohol tests after his arrest came in at 0.294 and 0.291. The legal limit in Florida is 0.08, which means Jeff was at 3.7 times the legal limit.

On the latest edition of “Extreme Life of Matt Hardy” podcast, Matt discussed his brother’s arrival to the company and stated that he feels Jeff is in a better place after dealing with his issues. Hardy said:

“Now that I feel like Jeff is in a good space and feels good about where he’s at in life. If he ends up coming back, I feel like there’s still a lot of positive things we can really, really do to make great contributions to the industry.”

When asked if he feels that Jeff Hardy will come back to AEW, Matt answered:

“My gut thinks he wants to redeem himself. It’s not going to be instantaneous. Once again, we haven’t talked about stuff and he’s taking care of some physical issues that he’s been dealing with right now.”

“So I don’t think we’ve seen Jeff appear on AEW television for the last time. I think we’ll see it again. In what capacity? I’m not sure of that right now.”

“I can’t speak, but I do think he wants to redeem himself. I think that’s very important to him. He’s looking for redemption.”

As previously reported, former WWE star Ken Anderson opened up about his history with Jeff Hardy in a recent interview.
