Last night’s AEW All Out pay-per-view held 15 matches across nearly 5 hours, but there were still numerous stars missing from the card.
Two names who were not on the show were Matt and Jeff Hardy, with Jeff Hardy currently serving a suspension from the company following his DUI arrest back on June 13.
Matt Hardy responded to a fan on Twitter yesterday, who spoke about him not being booked on the All Out card. Matt said that they are ‘getting close’ to learning about Jeff’s future, so he will have a definitive direction in the company soon.
He said:
It’s all good, @realcoachrosey. Tonight’s #AEWAllOut is gonna be an epic PPV. It’s a stacked @AEW card. We’re getting close to learning my brother’s future, so I’ll be taking a definitive direction soon. I’m extremely excited to get on a path so I can haul & kick ass.
The Hardys were set to compete in a three-way ladder match for the AEW Tag Team Championship on the June 15 episode of AEW Dynamite against Jurassic Express and The Young Bucks, which was changed to just Jurassic Express against the Bucks.
Matt and Jeff were reportedly planned to win the titles prior to Jeff’s suspension.
