Matt Riddle Responds To Seth Rollins: ‘You Just Don’t Go There’

Matt Riddle Responds To Seth Rollins: ‘You Just Don’t Go There’ WWE

Ahead of their major match at tonight’s WWE Clash at the Castle, Matt Riddle has responded to Seth Rollins’ recent scathing comments.

In the promo that was going typically until Rollins took a sharp turn into deeply personal territory, telling Riddle that his wife left him and his kids don’t want to see him, Matt Riddle has now responded.

Speaking on the Clash at the Castle pre-pre-show of sorts, The Bump, Matt Riddle was asked if thought that he had gotten to Seth Rollins, leading to the very personal shot.

Riddle responded:

“You know I think I got to him the second WWE hired me. I think as soon as someone like Seth sees someone like myself and sees a threat, sees someone who is probably going to take the championship, and sees someone who’s going to take multiple opportunities away from him so I get where he’s coming from, but bro I don’t care.

“You just don’t go there, you don’t get that personal, you just don’t say that. And especially, the timing. That crap just happened. I’m dealing with it still, I’m going through a lot and so it was a cheap move. It was a low blow, honestly, it was Seth Rollins. That’s who he is. And honestly, that’s who he’s been since day one.

“You can like him, you can hate him, the guy’s a piece of crap. He’s a piece of garbage, he has been since day one. Tonight I’m gonna smash his face in dawg, and I can’t wait. I can’t wait.” If you use this transcription or any portion of it please credit WrestleTalk.com and link to this page.

For his part, Rollins says he doesn’t think anything is off limits in a promo.
