WWE Reveals Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens’ Tag Team Partner For May 22 Raw

WWE has revealed Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens’ tag team partner for the May 22 episode of WWE Raw.

As previously reported, there was a bit of a spoiler revealed about who would team with Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens against Imperium on tonight’s WWE Raw.

However, this spoiler was revealed to not be true after the company announced who the mystery tag team partner will be, which may indicate plans have changed throughout the day.

On Monday afternoon, WWE announced that Matt Riddle will team with Zayn and Owens to face Imperium’s Ludwig Kaiser, Giovanni Vinci and Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER.

On the May 15 episode of WWE Raw, there was a #1 contenders battle royal to determine who will face GUNTHER for the IC Title at Night of Champions.

While Mustafa Ali came out victorious, Matt Riddle was targeted by Imperium and cost him the battle royal.

Also, Riddle teamed with Zayn and Owens in six-man tag team action against The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa and The Usos at WWE Backlash two weeks ago.
