WWE has announced the 2022 men’s and women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournaments on tonight’s (January 4) NXT New Year’s Evil show.
WWE announced that the men’s version of the Dusty Classic will kick-off in two weeks time on the January 18 episode of NXT 2.0.
WWE also announced that the women’s version of the tournament will begin in February, with no official date announced.
Last year’s winners were MSK & Dakota Kai & Raquel Gonzalez respectively, with the women’s winners becoming the inaugural NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions.
