With AEW’s Mercedes Mone announced for a new championship match, the 10th belt to be added to her collection has potentially been revealed.
It’s no secret that the CEO is something of a belt collector, with Mercedes Mone making her entrance with nine individual championship belts currently.
Mercedes Mone has now been confirmed to be challenging for another championship, with Winnipeg Pro Wrestling announcing Mone for its October 19 “Rumble In The Burt” show.
Winnipeg Pro Wrestling shared the following announcement on Twitter:
THE CEO COMES TO WPW
Mercedes Moné challenges Jody Threat for the WPW Women’s Championship.
Will Moné add another belt to her collection, or will The Wild Child put the CEO out of business?!
Nearly 1300 tickets are gone, don’t miss out on the biggest event in WPW history!
Mercedes Mone currently holds seven active traditional championships, including the AEW TBS, CMLL World Women’s, RevPro Undisputed British Women’s, EWA Women’s, PTW Women’s BestYa Women’s and Discovery Wrestling Scottish Women’s championships.
In addition to these, Mone also carries the Queen of Southside Championship belt – representing a now inactive title which was unified with the RevPro title – and the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament belt after winning the 2025 tournament, bringing her belt tally up to nine.
She could be one title down heading into this October 19 match, with Mone set to defend the CMLL World Women’s Championship against Persephone in Arena Mexico on October 17.
Mercedes Mone last wrestled at AEW All Out on September 20, defeating Riho to retain her TBS Championship.
