AEW’s Mercedes Mone Future Championship Match Date Revealed? AEW

The date for a future title defence by AEW’s Mercedes Mone appears to have been revealed, with Mone announced for an upcoming show.

Mone has recently established herself as a belt collector, holding four active championships with six physical title belts.

One of her active titles is the RevPro British Women’s Championship, which she won from Mina Shirakawa at NJPW Wrestle Dynasty on January 5.

The date of her next RevPro British Women’s Championship defence appears to have been revealed, with Mone announced for the July 25 RevPro Summer Sizzler event.

This independent show will emanate from The Hangar in Wolverhampton, UK. With Mercedes Mone shown holding just her RevPro gold in the announcement graphic, it appears that just this title will be on the line on July 25.

Also announced for Summer Sizzler are Tetsuya Naito and Bushi, who will be wrestling for the first time since their NJPW departures in May.

Mone’s bags could be even heavier by then, with the 2025 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament winner set to challenge for Toni Storm’s AEW Women’s World Championship at All In Texas on July 12.

In addition to being the RevPro British Women’s Champion, Mercedes Mone also holds the AEW TBS, CMLL World Women’s, and EWA Women’s titles.

She wears these four titles along with the SWE Queen of Southside Championship belt – which represents a defunct title now which was previously unified with the RevPro gold – and the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament winner’s belt.
