WWE star Michin has commented following her in-ring tribute to AJ Styles in her six-woman tag-team match at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Michin was victorious at the May 23 special, teaming with B-Fab and Jade Cargill to defeat Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, and WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley.

Towards the end of the bout, Michin hit Charlotte Flair with a Styles Clash, with Ripley breaking up the pin to keep the match alive for a few moments longer.

Michin has now taken to Twitter to share love for AJ Styles. Tagging the man who made the move popular, Michin wrote:

I LOVE YOU (AJ Styles)

This is not the first time Michin has used the Styles Clash, with the former “Mia Yim” notably utilizing the move during her WWE Women’s Championship match against IYO SKY on the January 5, 2024 SmackDown episode.

AJ Styles previously noted on the No Contest Wrestling Podcast in November that he thinks it’s cool when other wrestlers use his moves, as to him, that means he has made an impact on the business.

Michin does have a connection with Styles, with the SmackDown star aligning herself with Styles, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows in November 2022, and serving as the Phenomenal One’s onscreen protege for a short while after.

With Styles retiring from in-ring competition in January, he was honored with a Hall of Fame induction in April, ahead of WrestleMania 42.

With AJ previously stating that he’s wearing a number of hats backstage in WWE, including roles with WWE ID and recruitment, the former WWE Champion has since stated that, whatever WWE needs, he wants to be that guy.
