Mick Foley has shared his thoughts on the recent Biography: WWE Legends special focused around his wrestling career.
The WWE Hall of Famer watched his documentary special as it aired on A&E. Part way through the program, Foley tweeted:
“I’m very happy with my @biography so far! How about you?”
In Foley’s eyes, the show stuck the landing. The former WWE Champion took to Twitter to thank Thomas Odefelt, the director of the special. Foley also noted his appreciation for the kind words of his friends and family.
Also thanking his fans, Foley tweeted:
“So grateful for the hard work of director Thomas Odefelt and his crew, the kind words of my peers, and all of you for watching!”
A number of stars commented on the Biography special. Current Women’s Tag Team Champion Natalya praised Foley’s passion for pro-wrestling, tweeting:
“Truly enjoyed it, Mick! Especially your early footage and how you were inspired to create your Dude Love character. Also loved your perspective on how you wanted to make sure anyone watching your matches never saw any “holes” in your work. Passion…dedication.”
Citing Foley as the man who put him and Cesaro on the map, Sheamus tweeted:
“Nothing but respect for @RealMickFoley, the man who single-handedly put myself and @WWECesaro back on the map. Don’t miss it.”
Still dedicated to improving the product, Foley recently urged WWE to create an all-women’s brand.
