MJF Names AEW Star He Wants To Defend His Championship Against AEW

Here’s who AEW World Champion MJF wants to defend his title against at Revolution, with a #1 contender’s match now set.

A new challenger for the AEW World Championship will be determined at Grand Slam Australia, with Hangman Page and Andrade El Idolo to meed in a #1 contender’s match.

During an interview with Compas on the Beat, MJF was asked who he wanted to win this match.

Noting that he wants Hangman Page to be his challenger at AEW Revolution, MJF said:

“I want Hangman to win, strictly because I hate him so much, and I need to get my win back over him. He’s had fluke win over fluke win against me.

“He’s a bum, he’s a nobody, he’s a coward, he’s a cancer, he’s a loser, he’s a white knight piece of trash, and I want to take that garbage out.

“I don’t like Andrade either, but gun to my head, if you asked me which guy, I’d say Hangman, because I’ve got more of an issue with Hangman. I don’t care for the boy.”
