AEW’s MJF Reacts To WWE Star Being Called The ‘Poor Man’s MJF’

AEW star MJF has reacted to a fan sign calling a current WWE star a poor man’s MJF spotted during WWE Backlash.

During the pre-show for the May 10 WWE Premium Live Event, a fan could be spotted with a sign reading “Logan Paul is the poor man’s MJF.”

MJF has now taken to Twitter to acknowledge this, retweeting a post about the sign.

Responding to this statement, the AEW star wrote:

Guys cut the kid some slack.

Logan Paul has been feuding with World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso, notably attacking Jey following the May 5 Raw episode.

While it was initially speculated that this match would take place at Backlash, Jey Uso vs Logan Paul has now officially been announced for Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 24.

Paul last wrestled at WrestleMania 41, defeating AJ Styles in singles action.

MJF meanwhile most recently stepped into the ring for a match against Hangman Page at the March 9 AEW Revolution pay-per-view.

MJF is no stranger to comparisons to WWE stars, with CM Punk previously calling him a “less famous Miz” during the November 24, 2021 AEW Dynamite episode.
