MJF has successfully retained the Dynamite Diamond Ring on tonight’s (December 15) Winter is Coming special episode of AEW Dynamite.
MJF took on Dante Martin in the main event of the show for the ring. MJF ended up beating Martin thanks to an interference from Ricky Starks to retain the ring.
MJF also won the ring the previous two years, and remains the only person in AEW history to wear the Diamond Ring.
Dante Martin earned the opportunity on last week’s episode of Dynamite, when he turned on Team Taz to eliminate Ricky Starks, making him and MJF the final two in the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royal.
