MJF Slams All The Ex-WWE Guys In AEW AEW

AEW star MJF has slammed all the ex-WWE guys in the company in a new interview.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman hasn’t been shy to talk about his current contract with All Elite Wrestling and his desire to make more money when his deal expires in 2024, whether it’s from the promotion or WWE.

AEW has signed several former WWE stars over the past year like CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole, Keith Lee, Swerve Strickland and others, which hasn’t made an AEW original like MJF pleased.

Speaking with Brandon Walker on Rasslin, Friedman addressed his feelings about all the signings from WWE.

He said:

“I think there is a lot of stuff going on in this company that is inaccurate. I think all these f**king ex-WWE guys that are making an absurd amount of money when, quite frankly, they cant sniff my f**king jock when it comes to the ratings I pull in whenever I’m on screen, I think they can all go to hell. Somebody in the upper management has a problem with me and it’s very obvious if you see what I’m dealing with week to week.”

When asked about his fellow Pinnacle member Shawn Spears being a former WWE star, Maxwell Jacob Friedman replied:

“Shawn Spears is an ex-WWE guy. Now, if/when I were to go over there, I’d have me a ball because I built my brand and established myself here. When I go over there, I’m not gonna have to deal with the same type of bulls**t that poor Shawn Spears had to deal with. A guy like that has been criminally underrated for over a decade.”

MJF is currently embroiled in a rivalry with Wardlow with the two men signing a contract for a match at Double Or Nothing on last night’s AEW Dynamite.
