According to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) former WWE star Dean Muhtadi (Mojo Rawley) has filed to trademark a catchphrase.
On October 20, the former Hype Bro filed an application to trademark “STAY HYPED!”. As per the USPTO, the trademark would allow Muhtadi to use the phrase for “entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests”, and for select items of merchandise.

Muhtadi regularly used the catchphrase in WWE, telling fans that he didn’t get hyped, he stayed hyped. The talent was released by WWE in April.
Muhtadi was announced as the new co-host of TMZ Sports earlier this month.
