Moose To Defend TNA Title At Slammiversary Against Tommy Dreamer

IMPACT Wrestling has been teasing lots and lots of different people as potential surprises for Slammiversary. Eric Young, Kurt Angle, and ECIII would all be wrestlers who fit the clues.

First off, IMPACT is promising at least one former IMPACT Champion appearing. Moose is currently holding the TNA Championship and has been threatening older stars who appeared for TNA.

Tonight, it was announced he’ll be facing Tommy Dreamer at Slammiversary. While he’s facing Dreamer, his threats are directed at another former WWE wrestler,

ECIII’s old IMPACT/TNA Theme Song, Trouble, Trouble, Trouble, played recently after one of his matches. ECIII has also been teasing his appearance in IMPACT here recently as well.

IMPACT has also been teasing an appearance from someone from Canada. (Eric Young?) They’ve also been teasing a return of someone from Aces & Eights.

Reports are that Gallows and Anderson have signed with the company. Gallows was a member of the old faction. Ken Anderson was signed to appear at the TNA Reunion Show. Could he show up?

Another former member got into the mix tonight as well. Wes Brisco tweeted about appearing.

The other big surprise for the show is who will be the 4th member of the IMPACT Championship Match. Tessa Blanchard was let go. Mike Elgin was removed from the match after both Speaking Out Allegations and a backstage fight.

So, who will be the 4th competitor? The same list as above would be potential candidates. Eric Young, ECIII, Mike Bennett, and Karl Anderson have to be early favorites for that potential surprise entrant.

Who do you think it will be? Let us know on Twitter.
