More details have emerged on ROH releasing all talent from contracts, ahead of the ‘reimagining’ of the promotion.
ROH has officially announced that live events will be halted for the first quarter of 2022, with the April Super Card of Honor event being the ‘reconceptualized’ ROH’s first show back.
As per Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, the reported ROH releases come into effect at the end of the year. Sapp noted that talents who had deals beyond January 1, 2022 would be paid until March 31, 2022.
Based on who I've spoken with, ROH releases are effective at the end of the year. If a contract goes beyond that, they're paid until March 31.

PWInsider reports that ROH are still currently slated to have TV tapings this weekend in Baltimore for upcoming episodes of the weekly show. The report also confirmed the Final Battle pay-per-view is still scheduled for December 11, and will be act as an end-point for this chapter of the promotion’s history.
As per PWInsider, the promotion does have a venue in Dallas, Texas booked for WrestleMania weekend, which would be for Supercard of Honor.
