There has been an update surrounding a recent report about main roster stars training at the WWE Performance Center this week.
Ahead of WWE returning to the road, performers from the Raw and SmackDown rosters will soon reportedly be visiting the WWE PC. This comes after Vince McMahon reportedly ordered talent to train at the facility before touring resumes in July.
According to Fightful Select (subscription required), many stars who haven’t recently featured on TV still made the trip to the Performance Center. It was also reported that some stars who had asked for time off still were not made exempt from these training sessions.
Sasha Banks was named as one of the talents who had made the trip, despite not being on TV for some time. The Boss last competed at WrestleMania 37, losing the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair.
WWE returns to touring on July 16, ahead of Money in the Bank on July 18. Ahead of these dates, WWE has also announced a UK tour for September.
At Money in the Bank, Edge will challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. This will be the Rated-R Superstar’s first singles match since he defeated Jey Uso in March.
WrestleTalk’s own Liam Winnard recently discussed an insane Roman Reigns stat which proves that The Tribal Chief is one of the biggest stars in WWE today.
