More Matches To Be Added To WWE Extreme Rules?

WWE’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view event is set to emanate live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in just three nights.

The upcoming pay-per-view already has ten matches announced. However, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Radio is noting that WWE is considering adding one or two more matches to the already stacked card for this weekend’s show.

Meltzer says that WWE Creative is scheduled to meet today, and the team will be debating whether or not to add some more matches to the show:

“So there may be other matches. They were having a meeting tonight so knowing them it still may be going on, hopefully not.”

Regarding the matches that might be added, nothing has been confirmed or even reported as of yet.

However, Shinsuke Nakamura was able to defeat Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor on Smackdown in a non-title match. Perhaps a match for Balor’s title could be booked in the coming days.
