More Names Confirmed For ‘Mania Battle Royals

More Names Confirmed For ‘Mania Battle Royals

Following last night’s Raw, more names have been confirmed for entry into both the André The Giant Memorial Battle Royal and the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal, both taking place at WrestleMania 34 on April 8.

Two members of the Raw roster were confirmed on Monday, one for each battle royal, the first being ‘Woken’ Matt Hardy, who proclaimed he aims to “honor the legacy of ‘Humongous Wonder Number Eight’, the giant known as André, and win his battle royale.”

The second and final member of the Raw roster to announce entry into a battle royal at ‘Mania on Monday was Bayley, who joins her once best friend Sasha Banks in the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal. Banks confirmed her place last week.

Bayley and Banks had been rumored to be penciled in for a one-on-one match on the ‘Grandest Stage of Them All’, but that has seemingly been axed in favor of them both competing in the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal instead.

Also on Raw, despite not being announced at the time, Natalya, a member of the SmackDown Live roster, was included on the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal graphic that was shown midway through the episode. Her entry was later confirmed in the following tweet, which interestingly does not include Bayley, despite her announcing her involvement in the match on Raw.

Here are the updated lists of all the entrants in both battle royals (in the order they were confirmed):

André The Giant Memorial Battle Royal

  • Dash Wilder (Raw)
  • Scott Dawson (Raw)
  • Baron Corbin (SmackDown Live)
  • Tye Dillinger (SmackDown Live)
  • Mojo Rawley (SmackDown Live)
  • Matt Hardy (Raw)

WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal

  • Sasha Banks (Raw)
  • Ruby Riott (SmackDown Live)
  • Liv Morgan (SmackDown Live)
  • Sarah Logan (SmackDown Live)
  • Becky Lynch (SmackDown Live)
  • Naomi (SmackDown Live)
  • Bayley (Raw) – Not formally confirmed, but announced by Bayley on TV.
  • Natalya (SmackDown Live)

Who else do you want to see added to the battle royals? Let us know in the comments below or on Twitter here, and as always, have a spiffing Rusev Day.
