During the Liv Morgan documentary which recently dropped on the WWE Network, we see the SmackDown star have her scheduled match with Ember Moon pulled at the very last minute.
Instead of seeing Liv Morgan vs. Ember Moon, we saw Heavy Machinery wrestle, and Fightful Select has provided some additional information on the matter this afternoon.
The report notes that Otis and Tucker were sent to the ring in basketball shorts and tank tops. The tag team were reportedly checked on repeatedly as WWE doesn’t like its stars to work without having properly warmed up.
Sean Ross Sapp explains that there have been some occasions in the past where talent have been injured after not being given the time or opportunity to properly warm up before their matches.
The report goes on to add that there was some “concern in the days following the abrupt spot”, but also notes that both Otis and Tucker earned some praise after stepping-up when called upon in the spot.
This comes after it was reported that several WWE stars were actually frustrated after watching the Liv Morgan documentary, a report you can check out by clicking here
