Despite their recent efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19, more people in WWE have reportedly tested positive.
Pro Wrestling Sheet has reported that more people have tested positive and the overall number of positive results is at least 30. No additional names have been reported as far as who has tested positive. Needless to say, we will only report on names confirmed by WWE or by themselves.
The company began testing people after positive tests began to emerge. As of this writing, Renee Young, Jamie Noble, Kayla Braxton, and Adam Pearce have all confirmed via social media to have tested positive for the virus. According to the report, the company had done 1,500 tests since the end of June.
WWE also recently put a face mask policy in place. Anyone caught not wearing a mask while not performing will be fined $500 for their first offence and $1,000 for every recurring offence.
The workers appearing in the crowds of shows have been shown wearing masks as of late. This is in stark contrast to prior shows where talent would mingle through the crowd and no one would wear masks.
