Several more WWE stars have been confirmed for the 2025 men’s Royal Rumble match, taking place on February 1.
Last week featured the major announcements of both John Cena and Roman Reigns declaring for the WWE Royal Rumble match on Raw and SmackDown respectively.
The opening segment of tonight’s Raw featured confirmation of more major names entering the Rumble looking for a shot at a world title at WrestleMania.
Opening Raw tonight (January 13) was CM Punk, who defeated Seth Rollins on last week’s Netflix premiere episode.
In a post-Raw interview last week, CM Punk seemed to confirm he’d be entering the Rumble, but WWE didn’t feature him on official graphics for the rest of the week.
However, Punk reiterated he’ll be in the Rumble and made it official tonight – and he’s not the only one.
Punk was soon joined in the ring by two men who have had big issues with him ever since he returned to WWE, Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre.
By the end of the segment, both Rollins and McIntyre had also declared they’d be in the Rumble.
Michael Cole on commentary also stated that Jey Uso and LA Knight are in the Rumble as well.
So, that makes the current lineup John Cena, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Jey Uso and LA Knight.
