AEW has taken to social media to announce a new tag team match for this coming Wednesday’s May 19 episode of Dynamite on TNT.
The new match will see Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston team up to take on the currently #3 ranked Acclaimed.
With SCU now out of the picture, that pretty much makes the Acclaimed #2 by default, with the Varsity Blonds at #1 getting a title match on the same show.
It seems likely that Moxley and Kingston will pick up a win here to climb the rankings to justify a championship match against the Young Bucks at Double Or Nothing.
Also announced for Dynamite are the aforemention tag title match, Serena Deeb defending the NWA Women’s Title against Red Velvet, Christian Cage vs Matt Sydal, and Anthony Ogogo vs Austin Gunn.
