Multiple Cody Rhodes References Made On WWE Raw

It’s all a work! There is no way Cody Rhodes is going to WWE, they only referenced him four or five times on last night’s episode of WWE Raw.

Yes, WWE made sure to make as many references to Cody as possible last night, with the Miz teasing a “dashing” tag partner, Edge suggesting his WrestleMania opponent would be “undeniable”, and the official Twitter account specifically mentioning “smoke and mirrors”.

As you can see from the below image, the Twitter account also reposted The Miz’s “dashing” line.

As many of you will know, one of Rhodes’ characters during his time with WWE was his narcissist heel character of “Dashing Cody Rhodes”, which basically was Cody with a moustache.

“Smoke and Mirrors” was Cody’s entrance theme for some time during his WWE run, so unless this is just unusually good trolling from WWE and its social media department, Cody is coming.
