Naomi Writes Message To John Cena Following His WWE Raw Return WWE

During her WWE absence, Naomi has thanked John Cena for his support, following Cena’s WWE return.

John Cena made an appearance during Monday’s episode of Raw to celebrate ’20 Years Of John Cena’, following his ‘official’ WWE debut in 2002.

Cena has since taken to Twitter to note that he’s overwhelmed by all the messages he has received this month, celebrating his WWE career.

Naomi commented on Cena’s post, thanking him for the encouragement and feedback he has given her over the years.

Briefly touching on her absence, Naomi tweeted:

said:

“John you’re the best thank you for all the encouragement and feedback you’ve given me through my years and for the best tours ever ☺️ I’m only mad I missed you this time lol ( there’s always this amazing energy shift whenever you’re in the building)”

‘Lol’ is certainly one way to summarise her current situation with WWE.

Naomi and Sasha Banks haven’t appeared on WWE TV since walking out on the May 16 edition of WWE Raw. Both stars were suspended and stripped of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship following the walk-out.

Several reports have indicated that the belief is that Banks has been released from her WWE contract. The Boss has been spotted with a new look following a reported WWE departure.

The above post has been the closest Naomi has came to commenting on her suspension and absence. Naomi recently reacted to the AEW debut of Claudio Castagnoli (Cesaro), who left WWE after his contract expired in February.

Over 20 performers have left WWE this year so far. You can check out the full list of WWE departures in 2022 right here.
