Former NXT Tag Team Champion Nash Carter, 28, was released from the company back in April following a photograph of him imitating Adolf Hitler when he was 19 surfaced online.
This brought many questions with it, one being that Carter was set to be a part of the upcoming ‘Stand Back’ DLC pack for WWE 2k22 as a member of MSK alongside Wes Lee.
Per Sports Gamers Online, Carter has now been officially removed from the upcoming DLC pack, which is set to be released on June 7.
2k issued the following statement:
“With 2K’s commitment to providing the most authentic representation of the WWE universe, the Stand Back Pack has been updated to reflect the current WWE roster. WWE 2K22 DLC packs provide the community with engaging and valuable content post launch to ensure there is always something new to discover in the ring. To deliver on that promise, the new update to the Stand Back Pack now includes Booker T EVO and Seth Rollins Emerald MyFACTION cards as bonus content in addition to The Hurricane, Stacey Keibler, A-Kid, and Wes Lee.”
Several of Carter’s former co-workers have shown support for him on Instagram following his release from the company.
