Natalya Teases Hall Of Famer Returning For Another WWE Run

After winning the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on April, 7 at WrestleMania, it had been reported that The IIconics would be defending their belts on Raw, Smackdown and NXT. However, after Bayley’s switch to Smackdown, the collapse of the Riott Squad, and Nia Jax’s injury, the red brand was left without any established tag team acts for the Australian duo to face.

However, Raw star Natalya might have come up with a solution to the issue after she teased on Twitter that her and Beth Phoenix had “unfinished business” in the WWE.

The duo teamed together as the ‘Divas of Doom’ years ago, but reunited at WrestleMania 35 in a clash for the tag team championships. Moments after Natalya posted her tweet, Beth Phoenix herself announced that she would be returning to the ring as part of WWE’s tour of Europe.

This seemingly confirms reports made after WrestleMania 35 that Beth Phoenix would be competing for WWE on a semi-regular basis.
