Natalya Will Rename Her Spinning Lariat After Brodie Lee

Earlier today Big E posted a tweet reminiscing about the late Brodie Lee. More specifically, Big E looked back on Brodie’s lighthearted rivalries with a number of WWE’s female wrestlers. One of the stories was of Natalya using two of the same moves as Brodie.

Now, Natalya has responded to that tweet by announcing that she will be renaming her spinning lariat after Brodie Lee.

The spinning lariat had been Brodie’s finisher this year in AEW, notably defeating Cody Rhodes with it to win the TNT Championship in decisive fashion.

Natalya is not the first to post a tribute for Brodie Lee as many names have paid their respects over the last few days.

AEW has also announced that this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite will be a tribute show for Brodie. The show will feature multiple matches with members of the Dark Order in prominent positions.
